Love living here

We have lived at Viviano at Riverton for 3 years and have loved it! Maintenance is wonderful and MaryChase in the office is so great to work with! Definitely recommened living here!

Peace at last

The house was so spotless moving in. The staff are very helpful and full of so much information. Josh who is maintenance noticed us moving and came and helped us anyways. This place is amazing. The only issue we have had was Diana she was very un helpful but MaryChase stepped right up and assisted us.
We are so grateful for them. The community is nice people keep to themselves but are still friendly.

Smoothest process compared to anywhere else

Viviano is quite organized compared to other places I have lived before. The application and move in process was structured well. Josh with the maintenance team ensured our place was ready in time despite the quick move in timeline. MaryChase answered every question we had although having a million. Never once did we feel like we were a bother to her. She’s the sweetest human and helped us find the perfect home for our family. Highly recommend viviano!!

Great place to live!

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Management especially Diana in the leasing office has been professional and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or with helping me get maintenance requests submitted.

The location is convenient and feels safe, and I genuinely feel comfortable here. Neighbors are respectful, and the amenities are a nice bonus.

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable and... comfortable place to live.

BEST PLACE TO LIVE- Amenities, customer service, and care

I’ve had a really good experience living at Vivano, and a huge part of that is Jon from maintenance. Any time I put in a request and he’s the one who shows up, I know it’s going to be handled quickly and correctly.

He’s friendly, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Whether it’s a random repair, a noise issue, or something small that just isn’t working right, he takes it seriously and makes sure it’s actually fixed before he leaves. You can tell he cares about the residents and the... building.

Honestly, Jon is one of the main reasons I feel good about living here. Having someone that reliable on the maintenance team makes a big difference.
