I have loved living at Brixton. My townhome is so cute, the grounds are clean and well maintained, the gym is great, my neighbors are quiet, and the neighborhood is extremely walkable.

My experience at brixton

I toured recently and had a great experience. Sophia was the one who showed me around, and she was knew literally everything I was impressed. Like I didn’t even have to ask half the stuff, she just laid it all out, including the extra fees and stuff. I saw two units on totally opposite sides of the building and both had super nice views. It seems like none of them face a wall or another building which is such a win. The units get lots of natural light with all the windows. The vibes were just... good it just felt like one of the few places where you actually know what you’re getting without any hidden fees or surprises.

Overall my experience with moving into Brixton apartments was a breeze. Sophia did a great job giving me a tour of the property and offering different available floor plans, as well as being upfront about the additional fees with the base rent. The location is superb and the residence who live here seem to care and take care of the property.

I have only lived here for a month but so far I’m absolutely loving it here! The neighborhood is so cute with walking access to coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment is so spacious for a studio and has lots of natural light. It feels very clean and well kept. One of the nicer apartments I’ve lived in!
