Overall, appreciate the Fraiser community but the continued issues with the freight elevator being down almost daily and issues with the printer/computer are incredibly frustrating. We pay an amenity fee for a reason. The elevator issues need to be addressed.

Just moved in and everything is wonderful so far! The leasing office staff were very responsive, patient and caring as I made my infra- state move. All questions were answered in a timely manner and they made everything go smoothly.

The apartment building is absolutely wonderful and in such a great location. Doesn’t have the crazy business of much of the other neighborhoods. Super close to the river so beautiful views and access to the pedestrian/biking path.

Still been some thumping noises from up above time and time when I’m trying to sleep. Other than that not a bad place.
