The Porter Del Ray is my home for 6 years. It is a wonderful community with excellent maintenance and management. I like being in a cozy place that is at the crossroads of the big city and Old Town. Its friendly atmosphere and off the main roads is offering an oasis of comfort and joy.

Good location. Quite. Friendly/ Responsive maintenance. Enjoy my loft apartment with high ceilings. Could do better job at replacing old outdated washers and dryers. Replaced our broken washer with a rusted washer. Gym could use updated equipment

The Porter has a lovely, welcoming feel to it -from the lobby, to the communal spaces, to the management staff. With my real estate agent, staff listened to my "wants". With each visit to find the layout for me, Kenisha was helpful and clear in communications. On one visit, Lyndsay was on duty and suggested a new-on-the-mkt apartment. Didn't have a balcony -but did have my request for lots of light. Today, I am signed on to that beautiful, light-filled space, readying for Move In, and... looking forward to joining the Porter community. AND -residents are friendly, very Porter-Happy, and welcoming too.
