This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, flat-screen TV with cable, high-speed internet, ample square footage, an oversized balcony or terrace, large windows, kitchen appliances, spacious storage closets, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in bathrooms, a hair dryer, and an iron with ironing board. Guests will have access to an outdoor landscaped terrace, swimming pool and fitness center. Complimentary starter items to kickstart your stay include shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent and kitchen supplies like coffee, tea, cooking oil, paper towels and seasonings. These items are starter supplies and may not be replenished during your stay.
Parking is available for one vehicle for $39 per night. Daily housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $89 per service, depending on availability. Package delivery availability may vary by building.

Spoil yourself in the courthouse area, home to over 25 bars and restaurants where you will be sure to find something of your taste. With the Rosslyn Metro station 5 minutes away, you will be anywhere easily and in a flash. Nearby points of interest within walking distance include Target (3 min), Starbucks (4 min), Whole Foods Market (15 min) and Inca Social (5 min).
Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but you’ll always receive advance notice whenever possible. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No smoking or vaping of anything is allowed inside the apartment, balconies, or on building premises. Chicago law also prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any building entrance, and failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. No events or parties are allowed during your stay, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no guests not in the reservation are allowed in the apartment or the building, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed at the property. Failure to check-out at the agreed time causes considerable disruption in cleaning and guest arrival schedules, and in this case you will be charged for the cost of the disruption to the schedules, minimum of $500. Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $200 per key fee. Do not enter the building until you have completed verification and your booking has been confirmed or you will be denied entry. If you are a guest in Long Beach or Chicago, you should not announce your booking to building staff or residents, and do not make direct requests of building staff or doormen. In particular, do not approach them to check-in. While we strive to offer a peaceful experience, be aware that city or building maintenance, construction, or temporary water/elevator servicing may occasionally occur. Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
