19Nineteen

I have to start off by saying 19Nineteen is truly beautiful—from the stunning lobby entrance to the 24-hour gym to the amazing concierge staff (shoutout to Tre at the front desk)!

What impressed me the most was Tre’s willingness to go above and beyond. I had what felt like ten bags of groceries, and without hesitation, he offered to help me carry and push everything to my apartment. What made it even more remarkable was that the front desk was incredibly busy, with several residents waiting for... assistance. Even while multitasking and making sure everyone was acknowledged and taken care of, Tre still found the time to help me without making me feel like I was an inconvenience.

As we were walking to my apartment, I noticed the way he greeted and interacted with other residents in the hallway. It was genuine, friendly, and you could tell he truly enjoys helping people. That kind of kindness and initiative isn’t something you see every day, and it says a lot about the level of customer service at 19Nineteen.

19Nineteen is a beautiful community, and it’s made even better by beautiful people like Tre who genuinely care about the residents. Thank you for making my day a little easier!

I’ve really enjoyed living at 19Nineteen. The location is super convenient—it’s an easy walk to the Metro, grocery stores, CVS, and lots of restaurants.

The concierge team is AMAZING. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, Brian and Trey especially have always gone out of their way to help me, even with random things like checking if I locked my apartment door because I was worried my cat would get out. They never make you feel like you’re asking a dumb question.

The maintenance team is also... super fast whenever something comes up. The building has a really modern feel, the common areas are always clean, and the apartments are spacious for the price. I’d definitely recommend living here! Read More

I've lived at 19Nineteen for almost a year and am impressed with how well managed the building is, the beautiful courtyards, the great room, gym and working spaces. It's impeccably kept with the hardest working cleaning crew I've ever seen. It's within walking distance to two metros, and many shops and restaurants in a great location. But the staff really sets it apart. With 24/7 concierge, no lost packages or deliveries, always a smile, and a manager who doesn't hide behind leasing staff but is... front and center with an open-door policy. I've lived in a lot of buildings, and this is the best. It's pet friendly but the owners are respectful and it feels like home. I would recommend this community! Read More

Very friendly staff and complex is well maintained. I’ve enjoyed my experience at 19nineteen. Having 24/7 concierge is a perk that is super valuable to me.

A phenomenal experience - staff members are incredible and so thoughtful. Clean, quiet and in a very safe neighborhood. My dog and I love it here!
