Good apartment unit, clean and quiet. I’ve lived here for over a year with no issues until my car was vandalized in the underground garage. Found out a garage door lock had been broken for months. Management was dismissive when I raised concerns, brushed off camera requests, and wouldn’t share corporate contacts. No resident notification or follow-up. Not recommended if you have a car.

I love the garden style setting at Columbia Crossing. My apartment is spacious and modern. I wanted a fitness room and garage parking and that was one reason I chose this development. The location is very close to the highway and Washington DC.
