I love this location and building. Modern, centrally located and very clean. The staff is top notch. I couldn’t have found a better place to call home. Tenants are respectful of one another.

I've been living at the Concord for almost five years, and it continues to be a great place to call home. From the friendly concierges to the competent maintenance team, the staff is professional and handles issues swiftly.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment itself is well maintained, comfortable. What truly makes this place stand out, though, is the amazing staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and always willing to help when needed.

Concord works hard to ensure the happiness of its residents. From the free fitness classes to the numerous receptions and special events held throughout the year, you feel like you get great value for what you pay. The staff are all top notch and the facilities are all hard to beat and kept impeccably clean and are very well-maintained.

Add to this the momentum of Arlington and especially Crystal City and this makes this area one of the most desirable in all the DMV.

Proximity to the... airport? No problem. Need quick access to the Mt. Vernon trail? Easy peasy!

I spent a lot of time researching apartments to find the one that met the most of my criteria. Concord not only met but exceeded my expectations. It’s like living in a resort. There’s a year-round pool (and there’s another year-round pool down the street if you want a bigger lap lane), a gym, yoga, a massage room, rooftop deck with gorgeous views, etc. I can walk to the metro, grocery store, restaurants, shops, and even the airport.
