It is a very clean, safe place to live. It is super close to a small Target and Safeway. The metro is a short walk away and you can get to Georgetown with a quick walk over the bridge. There is plenty of parking underground too.

I’ve had no major issues in the 5 months I’ve been here so far. A couple times I submitted a maintenance request, I had to follow up with the concierge who contacted the maintenance supervisor and got my issue resolved the same day. Not being able to share amenities between the buildings (gym, pool) is kind of a bummer but not a huge deal. Overall I’m glad I picked this apartment bc the staff has all been friendly and helpful and the location is great. Planes do fly over Rosslyn but I’ve gotten... used to tuning that out

My favorite part about living at Sedona is the front desk staff. I feel well taken care of, and know my packages are always counted for. The lobby always smells lovely.

Wonderful apartment building with the most wonderful staff. I cannot recommend enough! The location is perfect for those looking to find affordable rent in a luxury apartment with direct access to the middle of DC within 10-15 minutes
