one of the best

I've been living in this apartment for a couple of years now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff here, from the front desk to the maintenance team, are absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and always on top of their work. The environment is welcoming, and the location is incredibly convenient, making everyday life so much easier.
The apartment has great soundproofing. As someone who is sensitive to noise, I truly appreciate this. It's the perfect spot for anyone... looking for a quiet and convenient living space. The residents are also wonderful—everyone I've met has been friendly and respectful.

Great Apartment

I just moved to VA from LA and everyone at the complex helped make my move so smooth. Everyone is so incredibly nice. The complex is clean, super dog friendly, and relatively quiet. I love it here.

Maintenance and Office Staff are Amazing

I have lived here for about 8 months now. The staff at Palatine apartments have been so accommodating, understanding, communicative, and kind. They really care about wanting you to be comfortable and satisfied with your apartment home and they really care about the community. The office staff is so communicative and keeps us in the loop about anything that affects our living environment and updates to the building and surrounding areas. I especially want to highlight the maintenance staff, Jorge... , Roberto, and Giovanni. I have had some maintenance requests and they were not only prompt but also respectful, knowledgeable and helpful with repairs. Great and calm place to live! Will give a 16 month update to this review as well.

Excellent Maintenance Team

Gio, Roberto, and Jorge, are the best, most professional maintenance team I’ve ever worked with. I have had 2 very minor fixes required, and they responded quickly, professionally, and fixed each problem like experts. Couldn’t be happier!

Great Building, Great Location

When I first moved to Arlington this was always my favorite building! The style of the apartments and furnishings is great - updated and chic but not too modern. The location of the building is ideal - right in the heart of Courthouse and walking distance to both Clarendon and Rosslyn. This building also has great amenities, including a gym and rooftop pool. The management of the building was always very professional and the staff were friendly. I would highly recommend the Palatine!
