It’s been pretty good so far. I guess my only complaint is the parking I don’t understand how we have to pay 10$ but I don’t even get my own spot. That’s weird to me. Other then that I like the neighborhood, I think it’s very clean and quiet and my neighbors are pretty nice. I also love how close it is to a lot of places and 95.

Michelle and I like living at Kensington Crossing but during an emergency situation we could not get anybody on the phone we like the people in the office and the maintenance man and hopefully this was just an unfortunate situation thank you

Don't live here. Price is going up too much. Amenities aren't worth it and aren't open most of the time. Staff isn't nearly as nice as they should be for the amount of money that it costs to live here. Leasing office isn't open enough hours of the day and week to satisfy customer needs.
