Magnolia Falls has been a great place to live for the last 3 years! The central location makes it very accessible to shopping areas, Fredericksburg, and Stafford. The new management is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a nice apartment in the area!

Magnolia Falls is a clean, quiet community that I would confidently recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place to call home. It’s almost too quiet at times, which many people will appreciate.

When my rent increased during a lease renewal, I voiced my concerns — and management actually listened. They reduced the percentage significantly, which showed me there are real humans behind the office and not just rigid automated systems.

The community is family-friendly, and I especially... appreciated how quickly and efficiently my application was approved. The manager at the time (her name escapes me) was incredibly polite and made the process smooth.

I’m grateful for the time I lived here. Keep thriving, Magnolia Falls.
