Additional fees will be charged for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200 per pet), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. No noise complaints due to pets from neighbors are allowed. We do not allow cats at our property. Guest is responsible for damages caused by their party. If additional guests are brought beyond original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property.
