Car is recommended, as Ocean View is a coastal neighborhood where most errands and attractions are easier to reach by car. Additional fees for smoking indoors, vomit/bodily fluid or waste, illegal drug paraphernalia are $250, glitter or confetti is $200, unauthorized pets is $200 per pet, dirty dishes is $50, and missing towel is $20 per towel. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. No noise complaints due to pets from neighbors. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee.
