Planned to stay for years, but could not.
I lived at Four Seasons for 5 years.
Pros: pretty trees, good location, heating/cooling are efficient. I got my security deposit back.
Cons: I was shocked a few times by incredibly rude people in the office (is being sarcastic a job requirement?). A few staffers were polite & seemed to shoot straight with me, notably Judy in maintenance.
The front area, where the office and clubhouse are, looks very tidy, but the apartments in the back are trashy, including filthy upper decks and overflowing... dumpsters. There is all kinds of noise. Forced air in the living room is loud. Humming A/C condensers right outside of bedroom windows can be a problem. I was forced to vacate because of a new condenser installed under my window, with a heavy, continuous tone that was maddening -- maintenance had no sympathy, nor interest in fixing it, nor swapping it out with another. They claimed my maintenance request was "complete," but they did not address my noise problem at all, and tried to make it look like an A/C cooling issue. Ceilings, floors, and walls are thin -- every neighbor I had slammed bedroom, bathroom, and closet doors at all hours -- a heads-up if you're sensitive to sudden noises. Skunky smell of weed is everywhere.
