Cats are not allowed. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total without notifying the host, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund, and guests will be required to leave the property; any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon check-out time will result in a $60 per hour (pro-rated) late check-out fee. A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome with a fee of $99. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning & sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. Guests are required to maintain a reasonable volume during quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Smoking is not allowed on the property, doing so will incur a $250 fine.
