I’d give a 4.5 if I could. The grounds are well kept and it’s quiet. Amenities are nice and typically well kept. Previously the girls in the office were hit or miss but I know there’s been some changeover so hopefully it’s gotten better. Maintenance is super nice but can be slow to tend to non emergency conveniences.

so far so good! it’s close to everything, it’s accessible, the surroundings are kept clean and the apartments are well maintained. also, the staff are friendly and helpful.

It’s ok. Expected more but some things need changing. Like when it rains I have to walk through the entrance with water pouring from the roof of it. Need better drainage when it rains for the water to pour in the gutters to the side of the roof.
