If the guests throws a party or event, trashes the space, damages the unit, disrespects the property, or has extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which maybe between $500-700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. If you have brought along a furry companion, please remember to pick up after your pets relieve themselves. Please note that animals are not permitted to be left alone at any time in the rental. Also please ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation as each person generates more to clean. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number.
