Ryan Gillis is the Founder and CEO of Gillis Real Estate in conjunction with being a Managing Partner of Liberty Investments. He has over 17 years of hands-on experience in construction, development, and real estate. Ryan received his education in Commercial Real Estate and Development from the University of Washington, Construction Management from Edmonds Community College, and a Technical Arts Degree in Carpentry from Renton Technical College. As a born and raised Pacific Northwesterner, his vast and unique experience and knowledge set him apart from others in the market. Ryan’s passion is to work with his teams and networks to bring in new acquisitions for development and investment opportunities and to see those projects through from acquisitions to the sale of completed new construction units, or investment holdings and stabilization of the asset. His years in business have provided him with real estate expertise and skills to assist you with nearly every real estate need.
