Arrive is a quiet community that feels like you are in the woods and yet close to I90 for easy access to work. It has great amenities, and the property management and maintenance are very responsive. The only downside is the lack of parking for residents and guests. So far, I have been very pleased with living here.

Been here about 2 years now and I've had zero issues with anything. Great property managers, the town home is in good working order, and all my neighbors are pretty respectful of others.

Good place to live, great neighbors, and the apartment layout is pretty good. Garage is a bit narrow, I wouldn't recommend it for anything bigger than a car, but it's still useful.

So far all is lovely - the community is well kept. Only negatives are the speed bump design - very aggressive and way too many. No matter how slow it is jarring. There is a funky gap in the kitchen - left from a previous design… they should add another cabinet as the cabinet space is limited.
