The staff are really nice, we have had no real issues outside of some dog issues but those are because of other residents. Its just a bit dated so a little high priced for being a bit on the rough side

Amenities are nice. It would be better the grills up top were unreserved for any last minute grilling needed instead of going to the bottom of the complex. It seems they are reserved less than they are able to use some a request is necessary ahead of time. It would be better accessible if available at all times.

It would be better if parking were more available for all units. Noise level could be quieter, but for the most part pleasant. For example, dogs not being well trained around other... dogs or us walking on the street.

Also, it seems the trash bill keeps going up in price which has become way too pricey for the service that is not reliant as they miss quite a bit. Read More

Amenities: Excellent. Package locker, dog park, club house, pet grooming and bathing station. fitness room, year round hot tub and pool.

?Location: Can’t beat it. You’re right next to the trails and nature, but still have easy access to downtown shopping and I-90.

Buildings: The community is almost 30 years old. The units are renovated with decent finishes so they look nice on the... surface, but do get a little drafty in the winter, particularly on the second floor.

?Driving/Parking: The speed bumps here are a bit aggressive. The streets are tight, and visitor parking is a pain; guests usually end up parking on the main road and trekking in.

It’s been a great year so far! Community is clean, well maintained, and quiet. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The maintenance team is quick and knowledgeable.

I am disappointed with how rules are enforced at Arrive. While having community guidelines is reasonable, enforcement does not appear to be applied consistently.

For example, some residents are fined for putting garbage containers out too early or not bringing them back in within the required time frame, while similar situations appear to persist elsewhere in the community. This has been an ongoing issue for several months and creates the perception that enforcement is uneven.

The same concern... applies to personal items in common areas. Some residents are cited and asked to remove personal belongings placed outside their units, while similar items remain in place at other units for extended periods. While I cannot verify whether action has been taken in all cases, the lack of visible consistency over several months is frustrating.

Consistent and fair enforcement is essential in any community. Addressing these inconsistencies would help improve trust between residents and management. Read More
