Acceptance of booking implies acceptance of the lake use liability waiver mentioned in the house manual. The owner’s boat will remain docked and is strictly off-limits to guests. This is a charming older home, not newly renovated, so expect a cozy, well-loved space with unique character and some vintage touches.
