The studio is exclusively yours without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and are subject to a fee of $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time. Late check-outs must be approved and are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check-out. If guests stay past the 11am check-out time without approval, they will be charged for the next night’s stay. No pets are allowed at the property, and anyone found to have brought a pet will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. There are no parties or events allowed, and violations will incur a deep cleaning fee between $500-700, plus a charge for carpet cleaning. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am daily, and failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. The home’s cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest, and additional cleaning fees of $75 per hour will be charged for unreasonable messes or damages. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, and a $500 deep cleaning fee will apply if any smoke debris or smell is identified. Ensure the number of guests matches your reservation as there will be a $50 fine per guest in excess of the reserved number. You are not permitted to send or receive mail from this address during your stay.
