Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, window AC, closet, dressers, and a smart TV. Bedroom 3 features a queen-size bed, closet, and a small seating area. Free parking is available in the dedicated driveway, with additional free street parking also available. Up to two well-trained dogs under 50lbs each are welcome for an additional cleaning fee of $85 per dog per stay, with the agreement that they will not go onto furniture and will never be left unattended or unleashed outside. Please be aware that the stairs to the second floor are steeper and narrower than normal. For safety, please be mindful and careful on these stairs. Do not allow children on the decks unsupervised. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises; please go outside if you wish to smoke or vape. Any evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $350 additional fine. If a pet has not been registered and paid for, and evidence of an undisclosed pet is found, there will be an extra $150 cleaning fee and a $150 penalty. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. This property discourages young children due to the stairs and decks. If staying with children or elderly guests, please be careful and ensure children are supervised at all times. A maximum of one dog is allowed per stay, with a $75 pet fee per stay. Your dog must always be leashed while not inside the home. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any pet refuse; failure to do so will result in a $200 penalty fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture; any evidence of pets on furniture will incur an extra minimum cleaning fee of $100. Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and use flea and tick repellent. Do not leave your dog unattended at the premises, except for short periods if crated. If your dog is dirty or wet, please wipe it off before entering the home. Do not allow your dog to trample landscaping or use the neighbor’s yard as a toilet. Notify hosts of any damage or accidents. No drugs or weapons allowed on premises. No additional guests allowed without prior approval. The person booking must stay at the property and act as the responsible party; ID verification is required. Parties or boisterous events are not allowed.
