There is a deep cleaning fee if the guests throws a party or event, trashes the space, damages the unit, disrespects the property, or has extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, and a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. Animals are not permitted to be left alone at any time in the rental. Guests must adhere to outdoor quiet hours (no music, loud talking, or games) from 10pm to 7am daily, and failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident.
