The district’s location, nestled between downtown and the colorful Capitol Hill neighborhood, means that calling First Hill home also conveniently positions you to make the most of the entire city. With a high walk score and many dining, shopping, and entertainment options within walking distance, it's also less than a 5-minute walk to many bus stops. Ride-sharing services are highly recommended.
