For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Any violation of the no-smoking policy in the unit/house as well as the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Violators of the no-parties or events policy will be charged a $500 fine. Rottweilers and Pit Bulls are not allowed. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
