The minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old from March 1st to May 1st. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
