I don't have anything positive to say about this community !!!, , but I will say this ,,this community really needs a COMPLETE MANAGEMENT MAKEOVER !!! ,from the " SO CALLED PROPERTY/COMMUNITY DIRECTOR ,down to the office staff , THIS PROPERTY IS REALLY VERY POORLY MANAGED !!!!

I cannot say good enough things about living at the Bryant. If you’re looking for the ideal Buckhead location this is it:
-Location: the zone is perfect, we’re steps away from Buckhead Village to walk everywhere easily, but not directly on main Peachtree RD, so it stays remarkably quiet and peaceful.
- Building: it’s beautiful and constantly maintained. The halls are wide, the decor is stylish, with a very welcoming natural lighting. My apartment is exactly what I was looking for, comfortable,... modern, and perfectly sized. The gym is packed with everything you actually need for your workout. Between the pool and dedicated spaces to work, study, or just hangout, there’s a spot for every mood.
- Staff: the leasing team is fantastic, they are genuinely helpful and run things smoothly.

Love living here! Staff is incredible. Great value! Recent updates like keyless entry, new carpet, fresh paint. Ask for Surah at the leasing office when touring/renting, she’ll take great care of you!

It has been great so far! Never have complaints about anything here. Fridge broke my first week and it was replaced in a day with a giftcard. Leasing and maintenance staff are wonderful.
