Good, friendly, and understanding management. Quick to respond and considerate maintenance (I'm specifically talking about Daniel). The renovated apartments are okay but something could be different.

The location is everything! Communication with the office is usually pretty reliable. There are a few issues with noises echoing in the hallways, some other residents slam their doors and it the sound travels.
