Love the complex and the area

Love living here, we’ve been here 2 years and no problems at all. The complex is very quiet and clean. The staff is very friendly and whenever we place a maintenance request they always get it done pretty fast.

So far it has been a poor response from the beginning. When I accepted the keys, the apartment was NOT CLEAN. Broken facet in both bathrooms. Washer/Dryer was not in the apartment until 15 days after I signed the lease, which I called the Corporate office. When I notified the corporate office about the latest escapade, I received an email from Marcos - Reginal Manager stating " If i'm not happy she can be released from the lease." Resolution and basic compliance is what tenants are looking for,... not sarcasms and avoidance.

I had a great experience with Patrick. He was very helpful in getting me acclimated and making sure everything was in order for my move. The staff is polite, friendly, and approachable, which made the entire process smooth and welcoming. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service.
