Serenity is so GREAT!

I had such a wonderful experience touring and moving into my new home at Avana Woods! Serenity gave me a tour of the property and made the entire process so smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable. She took the time to show me around, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made me feel right at home from the very start. Her warmth and professionalism made what can often be a stressful process an absolute pleasure. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I'm so excited to be living... here!

As stated earlier one of the maintenance crew was rude, offensive and unprofessional. He asked me several times to give him space, and I do not understand where that came from as I was 2 meters away from him. The tone was unprofessional and rude. I ask that this be noted in my file for future maintenance as I do not want to have to deal with such a rude person again. I will strongly consider this experience when it is time to renew my lease.

So far so good. One issue I’m noticing is people being careless about their trash. Recently noticed that someone dropped a bag of used cat litter and the area smelled horrible every time I had to go to my car. Thankful the rain washed it away, but it sat there for days and not even maintenance cleaned it up. The bag was dropped so close to the office that I’m sure property management saw it.

Keeping our community clean is... a shared responsibility between management and residents. While our maintenance team works diligently to maintain the grounds, we also rely on pet owners to clean up after their pets and properly dispose of pet waste. We recently sent a community-wide reminder emphasizing these responsibilities and advising that failure to clean up after pets is a violation of the Lease Agreement and Community Policies.
We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. Feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we can improve, and we will continue monitoring the community to help maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all residents.

Management and maintenance is poor. Maintenance requests go unfulfilled and maintenance will close out the ticket without actually doing the work. Management will only respond to you when you reach out to corporate. Leasing office barely answers calls.
