The current management is inefficient, and the manager has been rude to me on several occasions. I also have several complaints that have not yet been resolved despite being a punctual resident for 7 years.

I can tell the caretaker of Avana Woods really cares about the grounds. I love the beautiful gardens they make me happy everyday. I like Avana woods bc it is close to ATL, low frills with down to earth neighbors and staff. I am leery of it being owned by a company that has several real estate properties bc its a faceless corporation out to make money and I think they'll raise my rent simply bc they can take the risk and Ill have to move just because of that. If I had an owner that knew me face... to face they would likely appreciate me as a good, tidy tenant who always pays on time and want to keep me around. I also understand there are some benefits to the property being owned by a super rich person, like the funds to have lots of staff and get things done efficiently.

been here since may 2024. my floor plan is excellent (roommate plan). The property is well maintained with a beautiful pool and landscaping. nice, quiet neighborhood. the management has remarkably upped their game in the past few months. Life is Good at Avana Woods!

My experience at Avana Woods has been generally positive. I really appreciate the convenience of the online portal for submitting any maintenance requests or concerns — it makes the process very easy. The only downside is that the response time can be quite delayed, and it would be great if requests were addressed more promptly.
