San Cierra

San Cierra has been home to us for 5 years now. We don't have very many issues at all. The current management is probably the best so far. Things get taken care of rather quickly. The resident app allows you to place your request and the work will get done quick, sometimes same day. With the price of rent today, we feel we are good where we are. We love Chandler and where we are located.

I moved to AZ from IL with a place secured for over 2 months. That place fell through the morning I arrived in AZ with my 2 kids. San Cierra staff, who are all amazing, jumped right into action and had me approved and moved in the next day. Such a great team! My place is huge, clean and quiet! I really do love San Cierra!

We’ve had a positive experience overall. The office staff has been wonderful—friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout the move-in process.

Our only suggestion is to improve apartment readiness before move-in. While it appeared to be cleaned, there was still dust, greasy kitchen cabinets, water damage under the sinks, and several maintenance issues (leaky shower, refrigerator fan, stove igniters, dishwasher leak, and an A/C squeal). Let’s be real, an apartment is an apartment, but thru the 3 years I’ve lived here San Sierra has consistently shown they actually care about the residents and will go out of their way to make sure you want to stay long term.

Example - My AC stopped working Friday evening. After submitting a work order thru the convenient online portal I also ended up calling the emergency maintenance # bc I was worried about being w/o AC thru the long holiday weekend. They had someone out like literally within... minutes and he installed a temporary AC to get me thru the weekend. Which worked so well it froze me inside while 105* outside! Then they returned the following Tuesday morning, removed the loaner unit, cleaned up and fixed my AC so fast! And now it somehow works even better than it did before!?

Getting an immediate temporary equitable solution at 5pm on Friday night and the complete repair not even one full business day later is crazy! I very much appreciate the insane turnaround time. Of course I’m not expecting this every single time but they’ve consistently provided better service than any apartment I’ve ever lived in. The maintenance tech was also extremely courteous and thoughtful with how he enters/exits my residence every single time. As a woman who lives alone and watches too much true crime, feeling considered and safe means a lot.
