This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Only one towel per guest per stay is provided. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. [SI]
