Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am each day, and the home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined.
