Joshua is a pretty chill complex everyone stays to themselves you don't hear any one causing problems or making a lot of noise

It's a scam. Nothing you see in the photos or tour is what you will actually get. The location isn't great and there are strange neighbors.

This place is disgusting. Moldy, leaks, smelly, loud from the 60, Renata is awful. Greystar’s a horrible management company, just look them up on BBB. I cannot warm you enough. Rent anywhere else.
