Love it here!
The staff is wonderful, it is one of the best office staff I have dealt with. Always welcoming, smiling, happy and ready to answer any questions no matter how small or big. They are always ready to help. Maintenance are great, the property is nice and common areas are kept free of dog poop. No issues yet.

I had been let down by another complex and their lack of professionalism, I walked into VLux the next day and left with an application pending and the confidence that me and the leasing team were on the same side. There were several calls just to confirm they were working behind the scenes, and everything was running smoothly. VLux has set the bar for my standards of professionalism and customer service in a leasing team!

Living at Vlux at Peoria Heights for the past year has been wonderful. The management team is friendly and always responsive, making me feel right at home from day one. The apartments are modern and stylish, featuring spacious layouts, high-end finishes, and plenty of natural light.
The amenities are impressive, including a state-of-the-art fitness center and a beautiful outdoor pool area perfect for relaxation. The landscaped courtyards and walking paths add to the serene environment... .
Location is another big plus, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment, as well as convenient transportation options. The strong sense of community, enhanced by regular events and social gatherings, makes it easy to connect with neighbors.
