Dogs and cats are allowed with approval and a pet fee. Please ensure you are cleaning up after your pets, as additional fines may occur for excessive clean-up.
This home is located in the historic Garfield neighborhood. It is centrally located to everything the valley has to offer, just minutes to Scottsdale, Glendale, and more. It is also 8 minutes from the airport. Downtown, less than a mile away, is the Phoenix convention center, Phoenix children's museum, Symphony hall, and the Arizona science center. Enjoy a bustling nightlife, including catching a baseball game at Chase field or some basketball at the Footprint center.
Guests have access to the entire property within the gated area. Do not park in the parking lot next to the gate. The fire pit is propane, please shut it off when not in use and notify your host when it is getting low. The gate must be shut after arrival and departure. No additional guests other than the ones staying are allowed without prior arrangement, violating this will incur a $200 charge per person per day and possible cancellation of your booking. Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour. Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking. No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. No parties are allowed, and if a party occurs, you will be asked to leave with no refund. If there are any noise complaints or the police are called, you could be asked to leave with no refund. Late checkouts can be arranged for an additional $100 fee and must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. A $150 charge applies to guests still on the property after check-out time. Cleaning crew will enter the home at 11 AM to clean. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that day's base rate. If we have to refund another guest due to you staying in the property, you will reimburse us for any refunds given. Any damage resulting in blocking days off in the calendar will result in you paying the day's rate for however many days it took to restore the property. Be respectful of the neighbors.
