I'm very happy with my decision to live in 44 Monroe. In fact I am a returning resident who has lived in the building in the past and loved it so much that I moved back in again after returning to arizona.

Garbage on the parking floors - often overflowing, people put their personal garbage bags in these garbage cans.
Their is never a cart on the 3rd floor to use for groceries
The people above us push water over their balcony-
Destroying our view- we have hair on our window
Office staff are great, very friendly, they try to accommodate the best they can.
Security staff are great, and friendly as well!
