I have nothing but complaint. I have emailed the corporate office regarding the dirtiness the plywood that is over the windows because a broken window cannot get fixed. The front of the building looks trashy. The awning is torn and the homeless sleeps all around and we do not have security and we’re harassed. I don’t recommend this apartment to anybody.

Overall, I am happy with my decision living here. Communication was lacking initially after I signed my lease and before I moved in. It was difficult to reach anyone in the leasing office via phone or email, which was frustrating. Once I moved in, I was extremely happy. The convenience and the amenities are great. You can't find this modern of an apartment, with these square footages, and views at this price-point. Highly recommend.

The 44 Monroe Building entrance is lovely! The exercise equipment is great. I have not seen the newly refurbished Lounge yet. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful.
I have not used the treadmill machine because I am afraid that if I am alone, I could fall. Is there a time when more people are likely to be around using the gym?

I honestly don’t even know where to begin. Since transferring to my current apartment, I’ve experienced one issue after another. The most recent is an appliance upgrade that was promised in writing but installed incorrectly, with a range that doesn’t even properly fit the cabinet opening. I’ve spent far too much time following up on issues that should have been handled correctly the first time. I simply expect quality workmanship, accountability, and better communication.
