If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measure noise levels in decibels, and if tampered with, there will be a fee. Each unit will be issued only one key fob for the entire group to access the building. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee.
