We’ve lived here for a year and a half and it’s so far been a great complex for us to live in. The maintenance team has been the best we’ve ever had and the new leasing agent seems always happy and helpful compared to the last one.

Great place to live. I enjoy the mountain air annd view, the spa feel of the pool. Area is safe, convenient and welcoming. Ray rd is prime living.

Mountainside made it easy for me to review available floor plans and rental rates by lease length. They were available for several in-person tours and answered all my questions. This made me feel confident about the application process and commitment I was about to make to become a resident here. It's been less than a month - but so far I have no regrets.
