I've been a resident of San Riva for nearly six years and have really enjoyed coming home here. It's quiet and secluded, tucked away into the Foothills, and after us there's nothing else. The important amenities are less than a mile away-Safeway, Walgreens pharmacy, Starbucks, a great nail salon, post office, a couple of auto shops, some good restaurants, and a hardware store. We have amazing views of South Mountain, the radio towers, sunsets, and easy access to hiking trails. San Riva also... loves having dogs, and made a dog park complete with doggie water fountain, plus many areas of grass. Yard maintenance crews arrive weekly and the grounds are really nice. Community grills, dog waste stations are abundant, and the pool area is resort quality, with 2 pools, shaded areas, padded loungers. If I ever need to rent again I will return! There's a monthly food truck and fun events such as Pet of the Month and holiday drives. Certain life circumstances are making it not feasible to stay, but if I ever need to rent again, I will return to San Riva. Even a one bedroom has tons of storage, and each unit is prepped to new condition-new flooring, new paint, deep clean, clear coated countertops. Ceilings are high and also painted, with nice crown molding, and some of the units have built-in bookcases.
