I'd Lived here since 2019, and found that even after New Management was established, someone is always available to address any issues that we encountered.
Annie and her staff are warm and friendly ready to help with complaints, etc.

Serafina was very nice in getting me my first apartment in years. They’re very big and roomy. I would say anybody wanting to live in a nice area. This is definitely one place to be..

I scheduled a tour at 12:30pm which was the only time I would be able to view the apartment, got a confirmation email, and arrived ten minutes early. There was no one in the leasing office. I waited until 12:45, but no one showed up. I had to get back to my office, so I wasn't able to view the property. It was just a waste of my time.

My car was broken into property refuses to light the parking area will not hire security and will not dislcose to me frequency of break ins. I have lived here for 3 months. The staff is unhelpful and prone to mistakes and work orders no matter how impactful can take weeks to get done and water is shut off alot.
