Too many cars not parking fairly. Trash continues to be a huge problem. Lights are constantly going and leaves it unsafe to walk the property or your door.

Office staff not friendly . Maintenance will never fix anything properly everything is a patch until it’s completely broken and will take forever to call out a licensed technician

Service request have been taking longer but the staff is always friendly. Once they have more on staff help they will be a better community to live in. I love my townhouse and the location is great!

Some of the stuff needs maintenance and there was roaches the floors upstairs are a bit wobbly but other then all that it's a very lovely house
