The backyard boasts an optional heated pool with a new water slide, a BBQ grill, an outdoor patio TV, and a pool house game room with a large Wi-Fi-enabled TV, a ping pong table, and a bumper pool table/poker table in the office room, along with a variety of other billiard and board games. Both the living room and family rooms have cable TVs with surround sound.
An optional heated pool is available for an additional daily rate of $75 for stays of 5 days or more, and $100 per day for stays of 4 days or less. A full month of heated pool access is $1250.
