There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the premises, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation; up to one car may park in the driveway, and one car may park on the street in front of the home. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Failure to observe the rule to not tamper with the pool vacuum cleaner could result in fines up to $150. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
