If any signs of smoking are found, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Early check-in or check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, subject to availability. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. Lost or unreturned keys will incur an $80 fee for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Noise monitors are installed in the unit, and if tampered with, there will be a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security purposes.
