The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including high-end appliances and thoughtful details in every corner. Unwind in the beautifully appointed bedrooms, each outfitted with king-size beds, luxe linens, and 43" Smart TVs.
Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Dedicated parking spaces are available with additional parking options nearby.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. No parties or events are allowed, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property without refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Early check-in or check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, subject to availability. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. Lost or unreturned keys will incur an $80 fee for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Noise monitors are installed in the unit, and if tampered with, there will be a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security purposes.
The primary bedroom includes a work desk and chair, providing a comfortable space for remote work. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, ensuring a seamless work-from-home experience. A laptop computer is not included. [SI]
