Every interaction as a resident at The Catherine is kind, professional, and welcoming at the first hello to the greeting as you leave. The property is always clean and the maintenance team is always ready to assist whether a call has been placed or when they are out and about working on the property doing other maintenance items. Everyone is always sure to offer a smile or a hello to each resident. It's a place that feels like home.

The price for the location for the unit size and community amenities is nice and affordable. The townhome style provides great space and separation if you live with others. The leasing and maintenance staff are cordial. GreyStar will nickel and dime you for things that other companies won’t charge for on move out, so be prepared for that. Also, I would not consider this a “luxury” property - It’s a very good B grade property. Has everything you need but definitely not luxury finishes or upgrades... .

We have a pest-control... service available, and we would like to schedule an inspection and treatment for your apartment as soon as possible to resolve the issue. In addition, our maintenance team can check for any areas that may be contributing to the problem.
