Do not live here. Our drains and AC didn’t work for the first week of move in. They barely did anything to help. There’s a giant crack in the walls. The blinds are yellow in the secondary bedroom and have not been replaced even though they said they would be. The AC person said they saw someone in our apartment when we had not been there all day and they had been there six times. There was clumps of hair painted over in the drawers. They said they got it out, didn’t. Then had to come back again... and ACTUALLY get it done. I have never been more stressed in my entire life. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

We’re sorry your move-in experience did not meet expectations. To our knowledge, both concerns were addressed and your AC was repaired within three days of being reported. We did have to wait for the shipment of blinds to come in but they have now... been replaced. We’ve also clarified that the individual seen in your unit was your roommate. Please let us know if there’s anything further we can do to assist you. We hope you enjoy the rest of your stay at Emory Old Town.
