I have lived at the Tomscot for one year. My experience is the office staff has been very nice. They have worked with me the maintenance department. When there is an issue they get right on it. I love it here.

Solid spot. Great location. Management is active if not proactive with issues. Would recommend to most if they have the funds as the apartment is on the more the expensive side given the available luxuries

I really enjoy living here! Maintenance does a great job and there kind! The grounds always look nice. They’ve updated it a lot this year and the hot tub is always hot and the pool is always clean.!

I’ve had a generally good experience living at The Tomscot. The location is convenient. The building offers great amenities. Management has been consistently responsive and helpful whenever an issue comes up, which really sets this place apart.
There are a few areas that could use improvement. Dog waste management could be better enforced, and adding more greenery or plants would make the space feel more welcoming and relaxing. It would also be nice to see more investment in outdoor common... areas or green spaces.
Rent is definitely on the higher end, which may make it less accessible for individuals or families looking for long-term housing. Because of the price, many units are shared by college students, which can sometimes lead to noise and messiness in shared spaces.
Overall, it’s a solid place to live—especially if location and amenities are your top priorities. With a few small improvements, it could easily be one of the best apartment communities in the area.
