Been very great really . Maintenance is on top of The game .The community managers have been so helpful throughout my experience as well. I have enjoyed living here now for a few years.

Location and amenities are great. A great deal of hallway and road noise from lower end build quality. Apartments look nice but finish isn’t good quality especially flooring. Can hear talking or TVs etc from other apartments but consistently hear neighbors walk/running around. Office staff quality had declined after COVID has been some changes so hopefully it helps

I’ve had a great experience living here! The complex is well maintained, the staff is friendly and responsive, and the pricing feels very fair for what you get. The units are incredibly spacious, which is a huge plus, and the amenities are great, especially the gym, which has solid, well kept equipment. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment community.

I’ve been living at The Tomscot for the past 2 years now and the residents here have been so nice. The amenities are good and within walking/driving distance to everything.

Since moving in, excellent leasing office service, excellent maintenance/Internet service, overall good experience. Good amenities, such as pool and tanning deck and full gym!
