I've lived here almost 24 years now and I love Visconti... it was called camellero back then. I never take for granted that I have a roof over my head... they've talked about tearing this place down for 7 years now and I hope that never happens....I love my apartment... there's things that aren't perfect here but it's still my home...

EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE IS SUPER NICE BUT TAYA IS THE BEST!! I HOPE SHE STAYS FOREVER!!

SHE ALWAYS TAKES THE TIME TO LISTEN AND THAT'S NICE....

It could be easier to contact the leasing office. I have found myself leaving voicemails and emails that are only returned by the leasing agent who processed my application. It is also hard to get a maintenance response within 48 hours. People drive too fast within the community limits. A handful of pet owners do not pick up after their dogs. There’s new piles of dog poop all over everyday.

I really love my apartment layout and location. My apartment is the reason why the review isn’t worse.

Very convenient area to live in and maintenance is very helpful getting problems taken care of quickly. Would like more pet waste stations around the complex. Maybe that would help other residents to pick up after their dogs

Great location in the greenbelt and a short walk to fashion square restaurants. Community is quiet and well-priced. No frills, but safe and quiet.
