I feel safe at the Allure Apartments — they are very secure and clean. They’re conveniently located right next to several stores like Walmart and Costco, so close that you can even walk there.
The prices are very reasonable (during certain months). Tip: If you’re planning to move, reserve in advance — it’s usually cheaper. Also, check the prices on their website daily, as they tend to vary.

I have never had an issue that was not solved by management. I do not have as much face time with the office, but the maintenance crew is superb & keeps me recommending this complex to my social network

I’ve lived at ALLURE AT TEMPE for a few years now and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience here. I’ve renewed my lease sixth time— that alone should say a lot! The apartments themselves are beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feel like home. The layout, lighting, and modern finishes make coming home feel like a treat every day.
One of the biggest highlights, though, has to be the front office manager — especially April. She’s been incredibly helpful since day one. Whether it’s... answering questions, helping with packages, or just greeting you with a warm smile, April always makes you feel special.
